In this episode, Rodolfo Mattiello and André Hedlund analyze the impact that languages have in the prevention of degenerative diseases. They selected 4 diseases to consider – Broca’s aphasia, Wernicke’s aphasia, Alzheimer and Dementia – and based on the cognitive and neuroscience studies of language acquisition they cross reference them with the selected diseases.

They are the “victims” of their own cognitive bias, when our brain creates an obstacle for different things based on the success that once was.
